How my journey began
Andrea Bryant, MDiv, Psychotherapist
Life is challenging. This world can be hard. Relationships can be confusing. We all need a safe place for authentic exploration, questioning and growth. This time and space can lead to a greater understanding of ourselves, and how we can more easily navigate in the world and within our relationships. I have experienced the transformation that therapy can offer. This fuels my passion to help others do the same. Reaching out to begin therapy is a brave decision. For some, it can feel foreign, scary and completely unfamiliar. It is my life’s work and passion to create a safe space for you; a listening ear that offers therapeutic solutions. You don’t have to figure it out alone. Seeking therapeutic help is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength. Welcome to your journey, I am honored and humbled to journey with you.
All are welcome.
